A short interview has appeared online from when Nikki and Kristen were doing a signing in Fairfax last week.

“There’s a lot of hype, and people have really high expectations,” said Reed. “We want people to enjoy it and feel satisfied with it.”

Telling the “tall love story,” as Stewart calls it, has proven difficult. Talk of additional scenes not in the book has spurred some negative talk among fans. To that, Reed and Stewart say the movie is not the book.

I have also been reading all of your reviews over at Twilight Topsites and from now on I will be including every single piece of Kellan/Nikki/Rosalie/Emmett news I come across, even if I think it’s trivial or a bit useless.

Kristen Stewart has given an interview with TeenHollywood and she briefly mentions the movie K 11, which stars Nikki.

TeenHollywood: You’re doing a movie with Nikki (Reed) that your mom is directing?

Kristen: Yeah. K-Eleven. It takes place in a dorm of the LA County Jail. It’s like where you go if you can’t be put into the general population. So its full of eccentric, crazy off-the-wall characters, and me and Nikki play two of them. Jason Mewes wakes up in this place and doesn’t know where he is and tries to break out for two weeks. He tries to integrate himself into the community. It’s a really sweet but really screwed up little family in there.

Talking of candids, the paparazzi peoples caught up with Kellan and Ashley and are now assuming they’re a real couple. Sorry to break it to you all but they’re not. It would be cute yes, but one can only dream. View a video here.

042: “Twilight” Cast & Paramore “Lost Show” Performance At Hollywood

Seth was able to attend the Twilight premiere on Monday and has posted a little review on the site.

Will fans of the book enjoy the movie? Absolutely. Will so-called “Twi-Hards” scream, laugh, squeal, giggle, and swoon (not necessarily in that order)? Definitely—and the chosen order will probably be repeated several times. Maybe a better question (especially for those of you who might be afraid to bring your boyfriend/husband) is if people who haven’t read the book will like the movie? I say “yes”. It is not uncommon for someone to feel like they don’t have the time or the attention span to read a 500 page book. But, the core story of Twilight has been brilliantly preserved in the two-hour time period, and there is no reason to think that just because someone isn’t an avid reader they won’t enjoy a great story. Also, just like in the Stephenie’s book, there is a good amount of both action and comic relief (enough even to entertain those who are “too manly” for a love story).

“Twilight” is fast approaching so promotion is going up the walls.
Nikki and Kristen attended two Hot Topic events together. They make really good friends, don’t you think? Kellan, Peter, Billy and Ashley attended the “Twilight” release part in Las Vegas and Nikki, Kristen, Rob and Rachelle went live on MuchMusic. InStyle also released outtakes from their “Twilight” shoot. Oh, and Kellan attended a bowling event for Autism, which Jackson also attended but there are no pics of them together.
So sorry for these coming so late, my weekend has been busy.
